Mirian is a professional coach that is passionate about personal and corporate transformation. She is a value driver and change enthusiast, with a strong track record of initiating and executing ground-breaking strategies that transform people and impacts the bottom line of organisations. She is a mentor and coach to dozens of professionals and young adults. She is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Mirian is a Chevening Scholar with a PhD in international investment and natural resources law and policy and has received executive training from the IMD, Harvard Business School and Korn Ferry Institute. She has built a brand of value, integrity, partnership and results. She is passionate about giving a voice to the voiceless through local economic development, agribusiness and human capacity development, particularly women and youth empowerment. Prior to becoming the MD of the Unleash Academy, she was a veteran in the oil and gas industry with a corporate career that spanned from Shell International Limited, through ABB and Seplat Petroleum Development Company Plc. In all those roles, she played a pivotal role in setting and executing the long, medium and short-term strategy and direction for the business.
