Ted is a member of the International Coaching Federation and the first Nigeria/Africa coach, certified to use the Bates ExPi Assessment – the first global research-based (3600) leadership assessment for senior leaders and executives designed to measure amongst others, executive presence and influential leadership. Ted holds a degree in Political Science and an MBA; he is an alumni of IMD Switzerland. He is a Chartered Fellow of CIPD, UK and is GPHR certified. He is a guest columnist for both the BusinessDay and Business Financial Times newspapers in Nigeria and Ghana respectively and speaks at local and international conferences. His passion is to enable people/organisations achieve personal purpose and business success.
